Identificarea datelor personale pentru asigurarea securităţii informaţionale

Abstract

Scopul tezei este efectuarea analizei internei, precum și externei a funcționării a celor 6-IT sisteme la scară largă în Uniunea Europeană, în domeniul protecției datelor cu caracter personal, atît rezidenților, cît și nerezidenților ai Uniunii, și demonstrarea pe baza limbajului Python, a datelor de identificare procesate de acestea sisteme.

Цель работы заключается в проведении внутреннего и внешнего анализа работы 6-ти крупномасштабных ИТ - систем в рамках ЕС, в сфере защиты персональных данных, как резидентов, так и нерезидентов Союза: ECRIS-TCN, EES, ETIAS, Eurodac, SIS 2 и VIS, и демонстрации на основе языка Python «идентификационных данных» обрабатываемых этими системами.

The aim of the thesis is to perform the internal and external analysis of the operation of the 6-IT systems on a large scale in the European Union, in the field of personal data protection, both residents and non-residents of the Union, and to demonstrate based on Python language, identification data processed by these systems.
