Analiza posibilităților de realizare a interconexiunilor sistemului electroenergetic al Republicii Moldova cu cel al României

Abstract

Obiectivul de bază a prezentei tezei este analiza posibilităților de realizare a interconexiunii sistemului electroenergetic al Republicii Moldova cu cel al României. Documentul conține trei capitole:

Capitolul I „Analiza soluțiilor de realizare a interconexiunii sistemelor electroenergetice”. În cadrul acestui capitol se evaluează starea actuală a sistemului electroenergetic, perspectiva sistemului energetic global și scenariile de dezvoltare a sistemelor. Totodată la acest capitol se conturează problema investigației și primele etape necesare spre efectuare în vederea efectuării analizei propriu zise. Capitolul II „Metodologia și instrumente de analiză a fluctuațiilor aliatoare”. În cadrul acestui capitol se descriu instrumente care permit obținerea informațiilor obiective și cantitative pentru a analiza procesele la interfața sistemelor electroenergetice interconectate la fluctuațiile aliatoare a frecvenței și impactul acestor procese asupra schimbului de putere prin liniile de interconexiune a sistemelor electroenergetice.

Capitolul II „Procesele electrice la interfața sistemelor electroenergetice interconectate”. În cadrul acestui capitol se analizează regimului de schimb de putere prin linia de interconexiune a sistemelor energetice, se depistează legități ce țin de abaterile orare de frecvență și se propun relații de calcul a abaterii puterii active și reactive transmisă prin linia de interconexiune condiționate de fluctuațiile frecvenței sistemelor interconectate.

The basic objective of this thesis is to analyze the possibilities of achieving the interconnection of the electricity system of the Republic of Moldova with that of Romania. The document contains three chapters:

Chapter I "Analysis of solutions for achieving the interconnection of electricity systems". Within this chapter we evaluate the current state of the electricity system, the perspective of the global energy system and the scenarios of system development. At the same time, this chapter outlines the problem of the investigation and the first steps necessary to carry out it in order to carry out the analysis itself.

Chapter II "Methodology and tools for analyzing fluctuations of alloys". This chapter describes tools that allow obtaining objective and quantitative information to analyze the processes at the interface of the interconnected electricity systems at the fluctuations of frequency and the impact of these processes on the exchange of power through the lines of interconnection of the energy systems.

Chapter II "Electrical processes at the interface of interconnected electricity systems". Within this chapter we analyze the regime of power exchange through the line of interconnection of energy systems, detect laws related to the hourly deviations of frequency and propose relations of calculation of the deviation of the active and reactive power transmitted through the line of interconnection conditioned by the fluctuations of the frequency interconnected systems.
