Abstract

The main goal of this article is to analyze current problems of the scientific ethics and social responsibility of the scientists. In the contemporary world, the moral neutrality of science can no longer be claimed. Science, as a social institution, presupposes the existence of a certain system of values and moral imperatives. In the contemporary world the social responsibility of scientists is of the great importance. A scientist is responsible for the applications of the results of his investigation.
