| dc.description.abstract | Sharp increase in automobile and road traffic, including transit transport increased requirements to the road network of the city (which was formed mostlystill in the nineteenth century) and to transport and pedestrian circulation. Nowadays, approximately 50% of transport cross the downtown area. Consequently, there is degradation of the urban environment in residential areas (air, water and soil resources, noise, a large number of parking space and neighborhoods), creating traffic jam and increasing road accidents. | en_US |
