| dc.description.abstract | The system Road environment – Human – Vehicle is the concept through which road safety needs to be understood and analyzed, with all its components, because a traffic accident results from the breaking of the equilibrium between these three elements. In this paper there are presented and shortly commented the main characteristics of the road environment which influence road safety and mobility, such as the function of the road and transport planning, but also some aspects about speed management. | en_US |
