Abstract

Since antiquity the museums have preserved and attracted material resources, cultural and spiritual models of civilization, for making them available to society. The antient civilizations with theirs great artisic heritage and philosophical schools that resulted in a new era of history and evolution of museums, institutions having the ability to promote the culture of that era. The antiquity is represented as a period of accumulating the great values of art, and the invoked fenomena is recorded since 5 century BC.The museum, being a cultural multifunctional institution, had the meaning to preserve the human civilization heritage and to emerge with philosophical ideas and concepts whith didactic and aestedic aspects.
