Management de proiect în Republica Moldova: elaborare de soluţii anticriză

Abstract

Lucrarea realizează o introducere în subiectul Managementului de Proiect, prezentînd relevanţa şi actualitatea domeniului dat. Sunt propuse soluţii de depăşire a recesiunii economice prin intermediul eficientizării sferei Managementului de Proiect în Republica Moldova.

The paper focused on the introduction to the topic of Project Management, presenting the relevance and the up-todate features of the field. There have been solutions proposed to overcome the economic slump by streamlining the scope of Project Management in the Republic of Moldova.

Le travail réalise une introduction dans le sujet du Management de Projet, en présentent la pertinence et l’actualité du ce domain. On propose plusieurs solutions pour dépasser le ralentissement économique en rationalisant le champ d'application du Management de Projets en République de Moldova.

В работе представлено краткое введение в Менеджмент Проектов, а также актуальность данной сферы. Были предложены ряд решений для преодоления экономического спада путем эффективного управления проектами в Молдове.
