Evaluarea obiectelor de proprietate intelectuală

Abstract

Prezenta lucrare descrie conceptul de Evaluare a Obiectelor Proprietăţii Intelectuale. Evaluarea acestor obiecte este necesară pentru evidenţa şi realizarea lor în balanţa întreprinderii. Pentru perfecţionarea ulterioară a instrumentelor metodice de evaluare a costului proprietăţii intelectuale e necesar de îmbinat, pe de o parte perfecţionarea pregătirii cadrelor, pe de altă parte – desăvârşirea metodologiei evaluării proprietăţii intelectuale. Actual în R. Moldova specialişti cu studii superioare în domeniul evaluării bunurilor sunt instruiţi la U.T.M., U.A.S.M. şi A.S.E.M. La Academia de Studii Economice sunt pregătiţi evaluatori ai obiectelor de proprietate intelectuală.

This paper describes the concept of Assessing the Intellectual Propriety’s Assets. The evaluation of these objects is necessary for the enterprise’s evidence and balance. The market cost, the balance cost and other intellectual property’s costs are determined in the process of assessment. For subsequently improving the methodical instruments of the assessment of cost, two steps should be taken. The first step is refining the staff’s instruction and the second step consists of working up the methodology of assessing the intellectual property. Presently, in the Republic of Moldova the experts in the field of assessing the belongings are trained at the Moldavian Technical University, The State Agrarian University and the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova. At the last mentioned institution the experts of evaluating the intellectual property’s assets are instructed.

Le présent ouvrage décrit le concept de l’Evaluation des Objets de la Propriété Intellectuelle. L’évaluation de ces objets est indispensable pour l’évidence et leur réalisation dans la balance de l’entreprise. Pour le perfectionnement ultérieur des outils méthodiques d’évaluation du coût de la propriété intellectuelle il est nécessaire de raccorder d’une part la formation continue des cadres, et d’une autre part le perfectionnement de la méthodologie de l’évaluation de la propriété intellectuelle. Actuellement dans la République de Moldavie les spécialistes qui ont des études supérieures dans le domaine de l’évaluation des biens sont instruits à l’U.T.M., U.A.S.M. et à A.S.E.M. A l’Académie des Etudes Economiques sont formés des évaluateurs des objets de propriété intellectuelle.

В данной работе описана концепция Оценки Предметов Интеллектуальной Собственности. Оценка этих предметов необходима для их учёта и реализации в балансе предприятия. Для последующего совершенствования методологических инструментов оценки стоимости интеллектуальной собственности необходимо сочетать, с одной стороны – улучшении подготовки кадров, а другой стороны - усовершенствования методологии оценки интеллектуальной собственности. В настоящее время, в Республике Молдова специалисты с высшим образованием в области оценки имущества готовятся в Техническом университете Молдовы, Аграрном государственном университете и Академия экономических наук. В Академии экономических наук готовят специалистов по оценки стоимости имущества предметов интеллектуальной стоимости.
