dc.description.abstract | In this work-paper are presented the results obtained at the pink wines production from the grapes Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot – Noir sorts through the short duration maceration and partial fermentation on husks of pressed grapes. The Pinot – Noir grapes sort is recommended to obtain the pink wines, that is processed by the technological scheme that includes the short duration maceration during 6-12 h. | en |
