Modelul de integrare pe verticală pentru complexul agroalimentar din Republica Moldova

Abstract

La începutul secolului XXI în complexul agroalimentar din Republica Moldova se manifestă procese integraţioniste intensive. Esenţa acestor procese constă în aceea că întreprinderile alimentare au un interes sporit către agricultură/zootehnie şi au început să investească activ în ramura dată. În articol este prezentată evoluţia proceselor de integrare pe verticală, modelele de integrare pe verticală reieşind din practica internaţională, motivele integrării pe verticală, precum şi se propune modelul de integrare pe verticală pentru complexul agroalimentar autohton.

In the beginning of the XXIst century intensive integration processes can be observed in agro-food sector from the Republic of Moldova. The meaning of these processes is the following: food-processing enterprises are very interested in agriculture/cattle-breeding and are investing actively in this sector. The article deals with the evolution of vertical integration processes, models of vertical integration taking into account the international experience, reasons for vertical integration and the model of vertical integration for the local agro-food sector is suggested.

En commencement avec le XXI siècle dans le complexe agroalimentaire de la République de Moldavie se manifestent des processus d’intégrations intensives. L’essence de ces procès consistent en ce que les entreprises alimentaire ont un intérêt augmenté vers l’agriculture / zootechnie et ont commencé d’investir activement dans cette branche. Dans cet article est représente l’évolution du processus d’intégration en verticale, modèles d’intégration en verticale en résultant de la pratique internationale, les motifs d’intégration en verticale, ainsi on propose le modèle d’intégration en verticale pour le complexe agroalimentaire existante.fe

В начале XXI века в агропродовольственном комплексе Республики Молдова наблюдаются интенсивные интеграционные процессы. Сущность данных процессов состоит в том, что пищевые предприятия проявляют повышенный интерес к сельскому хозяйству / животноводчеству и начали активно инвестировать в данный сектор. В статье представлена эволюция вертикальных интеграционных процессов, модели вертикальной интеграции исходя из международной практики, мотивы вертикальной интеграции, а также предложена модель вертикальной интеграции для отечественного агропродовольственного комплекса.
