Evaluarea managementului forestier din Republica Moldova

Abstract

Fondul forestier este o componentă a patrimoniului naţional. În articol este prezentată caracteristica sectorului forestier din Republica Moldova, precum şi analiza principalilor indicatori ai managementului forestier şi anume evaluarea volumului lucrărilor silvoculturale, evoluţia resurselor umane, dinamica veniturilor şi cheltuielilor în silvicultură. O necesitate stringentă este remodelarea managementului forestier autohton în conformitate cu cerinţele economiei de piaţă.

Forest fund is a component of national patrimony. The article deals with the characteristics of forest sector from the Republic of Moldova and the analysis of the main indices of Forest management: evaluation of volumes for forest works, evolution of human resources, dynamics of incomes and expenses in silviculture. A great necessity concerns the remodeling of local Forest management according to the requirements of market economy.

Le fond forestier est une partie composante du patrimoine national. Dans cet article est caractérisé le secteur forestier de la République de Moldavie, ainsi qu’une analyse des indices principaux du management forestier et notamment l’évaluation du volume des travaux forestier, l’évolution des ressources humaines, la dynamique des revenus et dépenses dans la sylviculture. Une nécessité importante concerne le remodelage du management forestier local selon les exigences de l’économie de marché.

Лесное хозяйство является составляющей частью национального достояния. В статье представлена характеристика лесного сектора Республики Молдовы, а также анализ основных показателей менеджмента лесного хозяйства, а именно оценка объемов лесных работ, движение человеческих ресурсов, динамика доходов и расходов лесного хозяйства. Важной необходимостью является ремоделирование отечественного менеджмента лесного хозяйства в соответствии с требованиями рыночной экономики.
