Managementul prin obiective şi ţinerea sub control a proceselor

Abstract

În lucrare se analizează managementul proceselor prin obiective, care este un sistem în care fiecare participant contribuie la determinarea obiectivelor şi a metodelor prin care acestea ar putea fi atinse. Se prezintă etapele de introducere a managementului prin obiective în organizaţie, responsabilităţile şi autoritatea responsabilului de proces, conducerea şi ţinerea sub control a proceselor.

In this paper are analyzed the processes management through objectives and it is a system where each participant contribute to objectives and methods determination with those ones could be reached. There are presented the steps of introduction of management through objectives in organization, responsibilities and authority of the process owner, top management and processes control.

Dans cet article on analyse le management des processus par objectives, qui est un system dans lequel chaque participant contribue à la détermination des objectives et les méthodes pour les attentes. On présente aussi, les étapes pour la mise en œuvre, dans l’organisme, de managent par objectives, les responsabilités et l’autorité de chef de processus, les méthodes des management et le contrôle des processus.

В работе анализируется менеджмент процессов через объективы, который представляет собой систему, в котором каждый участник вносит свою долю в определении объективов и методов посредством которых они могут быть достигнуты. Представлены этапы внедрения менеджмента через объективы в организацию, ответственность и авторитет ответственного за процесс, управление и контролирование процессов.
