Abstract:
Moldova 's transition to market economy led to a series of macroeconomic lack of poise (increased trade deficit, inflation, unemployment)which in turn were largely conditioned by Moldova's disadvantages to both EU countries and CIS. The low attractiveness of investment and lack led to a deterioration of infrastructure and increasing technological gap between Moldova and EU countries. Thus, the emphasis on the main pillars which lead to the increased attraction compared with neighbouring countries is one of the most important preoccupations for the increasing of the population welfare.
