Reflecții privind evidența resurselor informaționale pe suport electronic

Abstract

În articol sunt prezentate informaţii privind evidenţa resurselor electronice stocate pe suporturi amovibile, instalate local, în reţea, disponibile la distanţă. Scopul lucrării constă în prezentarea diferitor opinii ale specialiştilor în domeniu referitoare la evidenţa resurselor electronice şi descrierea particularităţilor de evidenţă a fiecărui tip de resurse electronice. În vederea unificării evidenţei este necesară elaborarea unei metodologii la nivel naţional care ar include reguli, norme de evidenţă a resurselor electronice.

The article presents information on accounts of electronic resources on removable support, installed into the local network and accessible from the distance. The purpose of the work is to present different opinions of specialists on accounting of the information electronic resources, and to describe the pecualiarities of accounting of each type of electronic document. To unificate this process, the necessarity exits to elaborate a methodology with the rules of accounting of electronic documents on the national level.
