Modernizarea rețelei de comunicații mobile 4G în zona orașului Florești

Abstract

Scopul şi obiectivele prezentei teze: este fundamentarea teoretică a modernizării rețelei de comunicații mobile 4G în zona orașului Florești din perspectivele electronicii și telecomunicațiilor, identificând structura și caracteristicile rețelei 4G în sistemul Electronicii și Telecomuncațiilor. Pentru atingerea acestui scop au fost formulate următoarele obiective: analiza și elaborarea, în baza abordărilor științifice existente a conceptului și modelului teoretico-practic a rețelei 4G, determinarea structurii și caracteristicii rețelei 4 G ca parte componentă a electronicii și telecomunicațiilor în literatura națională și cea străină, identificarea situației actuale de acoperire a rețelei 4G în zona orașului Florești, evaluarea acoperirii rețelei 4G în orașul Florești, identificarea și analiza calității serviciilor oferite de rețeaua 4G în orașul Florești, stabilirea nevoilor specifice ale orașului Florești, stabilirea necesității modernizării rețelei 4G în orașul Florești, formularea concluziilor și recomandărilor, prin analiza lacunelor și propunerilor, contribuind la eliminarea erorilor.

Obiectivele cercetării: studierea bibliografiei în domeniu pe plan intern şi internaţional; studierea rezultatelor diverselor cercetări care abordează aceeaşi temă; definirea conceptelor supuse cercetării; prezentarea aspectelor teoretice legate de definirea subiectului şi a elementelor componente ale teoriei; analiza şi identificarea practică a aspectelor supuse cercetării.

Metodologia cercetării: Pentru efectuarea studiului asupra temei abordate au fost aplicate metoda analitică, logică, sistematică şi comparativă. Elementele de inovație şi originalitatea ştiinţifică:Caracterul novator al prezentei teze este determinat atât de scopul şi obiectivele ei multiaspectuale, cât şi de metodologia cercetării. Teza constituie una dintre primele cercetări ample a electronicii și telecomunicațiilor și a cadrului informatic privind rețeaua 4G ca categorie principală a electronicii și telecomunicațiilor, o analiză a aspectelor ce țin de realizarea rețelei 4G și a exprimării sale în special în ramura electronicii și telecomunicațiilor. Printr -o analiză multilaterală și detaliată și nu în ultimul rând critică, studiul constituie o cercetare cu o reală abordare practică a rețelei 4G ca parte componentă a electronicii și telecomunicațiilor, care a încercat să cuprindă cele mai inovatoare aspecte și dezbateri asupra problemei respective.

Contribuția personală a autorului se caracterizează prin cercetarea efectuată pentru îmbunătățirea electronicii și telecomunicațiilor.

Concluzii și recomandări: Scopul principal al investigației noastre îl constituie cercetarea multilaterală și complexă a conceptului de rețea 4G din perspectivele electronicii și telecomunicațiilor, prin determinarea naturii sale specifice, a conținutului, structurii, situației actuale de acoperire 4G.

The purpose and objectives of this thesis: it is the theoretical foundation of the modernization of the 4G mobile communications network in the Floresti city area from the perspectives of electronics and telecommunications, identifying the structure and characteristics of the 4G network in the Electronics and Telecommunications system. To achieve this goal, the following objectives were formulated: the analysis and elaboration, based on the existing scientific approaches of the concept and the theoretical-practical model of the 4G network, the determination of the structure and characteristics of the 4G network as a component of electronics and telecommunications in national and foreign literature, identifying the current coverage situation of the 4G network in the area of the city of Floresti, evaluating the coverage of the 4G network in the city of Floresti, identifying and analyzing the quality of the services offered by the 4G network in the city of Floresti, establishing the specific needs of the city of Floresti, establishing the need to modernize the 4G network in the city of Floresti, formulating conclusions and recommendations, by analyzing gaps and proposals, contributing to the elimination of errors.

Research objectives: studying the bibliography in the field on a domestic and international level; studying the results of various researches that address the same theme; defining the concepts subject to research; presentation of the theoretical aspects related to the definition of the subject and the component elements of the theory; analysis and practical identification of the aspects subject to research.

Research methodology: Analytical, logical, systematic and comparative methods were applied to carry out the study on the topic addressed.

The elements of innovation and scientific originality:The innovative nature of this thesis is determined both by its multifaceted purpose and objectives, and by the research methodology. The thesis constitutes one of the first extensive researches of electronics and telecommunications and the IT framework regarding the 4G network as the main category of electronics and telecommunications, an analysis of the aspects related to the realization of the 4G network and its expression especially in the branch of electronics and telecommunications. Through a multilateral and detailed and not least critical analysis, the study constitutes a research with a real practical approach to the 4G network as a component of electronics and telecommunications, which tried to include the most innovative aspects and debates on the respective issue.

The author's personal contribution is characterized by research carried out for the improvement of electronics and telecommunications.

Conclusions and recommendations: The main purpose of our investigation is the multilateral and complex research of the 4G network concept from the perspectives of electronics and telecommunications, by determining its specific nature, content, structure, current 4G coverage situation.
