Abstract

Suprafața totală a terenului constituie 2728 m2. Soluțiile arhitecturale, constructive și materialele de construcție sunt conforme actelor normative ale Republicii Moldova. Regimul de proiectare a acestui edificiu este cu 8 nivele din care fac parte demisol, parter și 6 nivele tip, dimensiunea între axele principale este de 45,50x16,00 între axele 1-8 și A-D, cota zero a nivelului parter este cota +116,60. Amenajearea teritoriului adiacent blocului locative se va realiza prin amenajarea unei părcări auto cu suprafața de 920 mp și montare bordurilor carosabile. Nivelul apelor subterane se află la cota -9,60. Scema constructive din beton monolit clasa beton C25, armarea de rezistență A400 și etriere A-240. Pereții din triplu strat pentru cei exteriuori. Planșee cu grosimea 160 mm, grinzile cu secțiunea 450x400 mm pentru etajele tip și 450x500 pentru demisol și parter, stîlpii pentru nivelul (demisol și parter) au dimensiunea de 500x500 mm conform arhitecturii, iar pentru celelate nivele tip dimensiunea acestora este de 400x400 mm. Conform prospecțiunile geologice a șantierului s-a decis amplasarea fundației în stratul nr. 3 – prin excavarea stratului existent din nisip prăfos în stare afânată și încocuirea acestuia cu o pernă de fundare cu grosimea de 2,15 m la o adâncime de fundare de df = 3,65 m. Dimensionarea fundațiilor sub coloane și sub pereți. Sub coloane se va efectua fundații cu dimensiunea de 2,6 x 2,6 m, iar sub pereți se va proiecta fundații continue cu dimensiunea tălpii de fundare de 0.6 m și înălțimea de 0,5 m. Am respectat cerințele fundamenatel ale legii calității, normative în vigoare, standarde eurocoduri.
