Bloc locativ bloc C cu regim în elevație 2S+P+11E amplasat pe strada Cocieri 5, municipiul Chișinău

Abstract

Construcția prezntată în proiectul de licință reprezinta un bloc locativ de menire sociala si cu parcari subterane cu dimensiunile interax 43.4 × 16.6 2 . Structura de rezstență a blocului locativ este compusă din fundații continue de suprafata, scheletul constructiei este compus din stâlpi, diafragme, grinzi și planșee din beton armat monolit. Pereții exteriori sunt executați din blocuri BCA cu grosimea de 240 mm, termoizolați cu vată minerală 70 mm.

Proiectul de licență este format din memoriu explicativ și partea grafică. Memoriu explicativ al proiectului de licență constituie 7 capitole, bibliografie și anexe și conține 134 pagini A4. Bibliografia folosita constă din 29 surse citate. Partea grafică este compusa din 12 coli format A1.

Proiectul de licență este conceput conform exigențelelor în vigoare pe teritoriul Republici Moldova. Capitolul I este format din 5 coli A1, în care sunt reprezentate plane, sectiuni, fațade, detalii. Partea scrisă a capitolui I este compus din date inițiale pentru proiectare, caracteristici arhitecturale ale clădiri, informații despre executarea pardoselelor, pereților, amenajarea teritoriului, și conectarea blocului C la

rețelele exterioare de apă, canalizare, energie electrică, telefonie și internet.

Capitolul II este format din calculul elemetelor structurale ale constructiei : stâlp, grinda și planșeu, iar eforturile necesare pentru calcule au fost preluate din modelul construit cu softul de calcul SCAD Office. Partea grafica este formata din 2 coli A1 cu reprezentarea armării elementelor calculate, noduri de detalizare și borderourile de consum de oțel.

Capitolul III se constituie din analiza terenului de fundare și realizarea calculului fundațiilor construcției. In final s-a adoptat fundație continua de suprafata. Partea grafică constituie o coală A1 pe care sunt reprezentate schema de amplasare a constructiei, sectiunea cladirii, detalii de fundatie.

Capitolul IV se compune din elaborarea suprastructuri obiectului proiectat. Aici se prezinta metode și scheme de executarea a cofrarii si betonării elementelor monolite și executarea zidăriilor. Asemenea calculul volumelor de lucru , manopera necesară si indici tehnico-economici.

Capitolul V reprezinta elaborarea planului general de organizarea a șantierului și graficul executării lucrărilor pe obiect, inclusiv cu consumul de materiale, mecanisme și forte de muncă.

Capitolul VI am determinat valoarea costului de deviz a cladirii cu ajutorul softului WinSmeta. Capitolul VII ”Securitatea activității vitale ” am cercetat care factori de risc pot aparea la executarea

lucrărilor de constructie, și metodele de prevenire și protecție ce se pot implimenta la executarea proceselor de constructie.

The object of this license project is a civil building with underground parking with general dimensions between axes 43.4 × 16.6 square meters. The resistance structure consists of continuous and insulated foundation and structural skeleton of the building is composed of columns, diaphragms, beams and monolithitic reinforced concrete floors..The exterior compartmentalization is made of BCA blocks with a thickness of 240 mm, partition walls between apartments made of brickstone with mineral wool core of 70 mm.

The draft license consists of the explanatory memorandum and the graphic part.Explanatory memorandum of the license project consists of 7 chapters, annexes ,bibliography and contains 134 A4 pages.The bibliography used consists of 29 cited sources.The graphic part is composed of 12 A1 format sheets.

The draft license is developed în accordance with the requirements of normative acts valid în the Republic of Moldova.

Compartiment I consists of 5 sheets A1, here are graphically represented the plans , facades, sections, explanatory nodes. The memorium is completed with initial data for design, architectural characteristics of buildings, solutions for the execution of walls, floors, landscaping and connecting the block to external networks of water supply, sewerage, electricîty, mobile telephony and internet.

Compartiment II is performed by calculating structural elements of the building: columns, beams, floor, diaphragms ,the efforts being taken over with software SCAD Office. The graphic part consists of 2 A1 sheets with the reinforcement of the calculated elements, detailing nodes and the steel consumption slips.

Compartiment III consists of the analysis of the characteristics of the land and the calculation of the foundations for the respective building. We adopted a continuous surface foundation.The graphic part is an A1 sheet on which are represented the layout of the building, the section of the building ,foundation details.

Compartiment IV consists of the elaboration of superstructure of the designed object. Here are presented methods and schemes for the execution of formwork and concreting of monolithitic elements and the execution of masonry. Also the volumes , necessary labor and technical -economic indices are calculated .

Compartment V is the elaboration of the general plan for the organization of the site and the schedule of the execution of the works on the object, as well as the necessary manpower, materials and mechanisms.

According to Compartiment VI, we determine estimated value of the object with the help of WinSmeta software.

The Compartiment VII “Safety of vital activity’’ aims to investigate the vital risk factors, which may occur during the construction-assembly works, and to take actions to prevent the occurrence of situations dangerous for vital activity.
