dc.description.abstract | In the investigation there were taken three trunks of Pleurotus HK35 (test) 5A, 22P cultivated on the nutritive substrata like wheat straws (test) and rinds of sunflower. The preparation process of the substratum was made using the thermal disinfection method at 90 o C during an hour and at 80 o C for two hours.
