dc.description.abstract The methodology of student training included the set of procedures, methods and tools used in the learning process focused on the transfer of knowledge, development of professional and behavioural qualities and acquiring of practical skills. This complex process involves a large number of actors with various roles and responsibilities, but the main role belongs to employers in the textileleather field, who daily monitor the developments of specialists and anticipate those elements that must be taken into account when training a young professional specialist. The main aim this article is to identify the proposals coming from the light industry sector of the Republic of Moldova, focused on the necessary methods to be addressed in the context of student training and the generation of eloquent proposals regarding the teaching methodology in the Technical University of Moldova in order to increase the quality of the training of future specialists and ensure their increased employment rate. en_US
dc.description.abstract Metodologia pregătirii studenților include setul de proceduri, metode și instrumente utilizate în procesul de învățare axat pe transferul de cunoștințe, dezvoltarea calităților profesionale și comportamentale și dobândirea de abilități practice. Acest proces complex implică un număr mare de actori cu diferite roluri și responsabilități, dar rolul principal aparține angajatorilor din domeniul textile-pielărie, care monitorizează zilnic evoluțiile specialiștilor și anticipează acele elemente care trebuie luate în considerare în pregătirea unui tânăr specialist profesionist. Scopul principal al acestui articol este identificarea propunerilor venite din sectorul industriei ușoare din Republica Moldova, concentrate asupra metodelor necesare de abordat în contextul pregătirii studenților și generarea de propuneri convingătoare cu privire la metodologia de predare la Universitatea Tehnică a Moldovei pentru a crește calitatea pregătirii viitorilor specialiști și a asigura o rată crescută de ocupare a acestora. en_US
