dc.description.abstract The article discusses current issues related to the construction of renewable energy sources in Moldova. The role of the state in assessing the timing of the introduction and implementation of an investment project is noted, and the existence of institutional problems that arise within the investment cycle is revealed. Attention is drawn to the need to determine landslide risk for maximum safety of constructed structures, both during their installation and during the operational stage. Special attention is paid to the development of an organizational mechanism for geodetic monitoring and determination of possible damage from landslide processes. The need for an integrated approach to assessing risk factors for investment projects for the construction of wind power plants is substantiated, taking into account the influence of objective geo-ecological processes and anthropogenic factors. en_US
dc.description.abstract В статье рассмотрены актуальные вопросы, связанные со строительством возобновляемых источников энергии в Молдове. Отмечена роль государства при оценке сроков внедрения и реализации инвестиционного проекта, выявлено существование институциональных проблем, возникающих в рамках инвестиционного цикла. Обращено внимание на необходимость определения оползневого риска для максимальной безопасности возводимых сооружений, как в процессе их монтажа, так и в течение эксплуатационной стадии. Отдельное внимание уделено разработке организационного механизма геодезического мониторинга и определения возможного ущерба от оползневых процессов. Обоснована необходимость комплексного подхода к оценке факторов риска инвестиционных проектов строительства ветряных электростанций, с учетом влияния объективных геоэкологических процессов и антропогенных факторов. en_US
