dc.description.abstract The use of hyperbaric oxygen within the crush syndrome contributes to the normalization of bioenergetic processes, lipids peroxidation processes, increase of the antioxidant enzymes activity, stabilization of lysosomal membranes in the kidneys, liver, brain and heart. There hasn’t been registered a regulatory effect of hyperbaric oxygen on the examined processes in lung tissues and skeletal muscles directly traumatized by compression en_US
