dc.description.abstract | At the moment Republic of Moldova is just at the beginning of assimilation concepts - green house on a larger scale, more prominent achievements in renewable energy is known on private level. Key measures set out in the document "Energy Policy for Europe" proposed by the EU Commission in 2007, is register rapid improvement of the energy efficiency of buildings in the EU and taking the lead (homes with reduced energy consumption become standard for new buildings).
