dc.description.abstract	The increase of informal employment in Moldavian agriculture is necessary to be considered as an adaptation reaction of subjects to the system transformation in national economy. In this connection it becomes essential to find out how much informal employment prevents competitive labor market development. In present conditions, when there are no standards to regulate labor relations in the agrarian sector, labor becomes then the main source of shadow practices increase	en_US
