Abstract

In recent years, the number of the new office buildings in the city of Kishinev which are both the state, and private property, substantially increased. In parallel with it, the existing constructions of office appointment, needing modernization, get new shape. Each of these buildings has the unique image, which character, draws our attention and does it memorable. However, now there is no complete approach to application of the uniform architectural and composite principles of design of office buildings, taking into account regional specifics. To assess the put situation and to predict its future, there was a need to carry out the analysis of modern foreign experience on the basis of which, is given the opportunity to reveal the main tendencies and ways of development of architectural composition of office buildings of Kishinev.
