Îmbunătățirea uniformității de distribuție și a eficienței mașinilor de semănat păioase prin perfecționarea construcției brăzdarului

Abstract

In chapter 1, a literature and patent analysis was made in order to establish the current situation of the problem related to the quality of embedding the seeds in the soil and the technical means proposed for the realization of this technology. The respective conclusions were also made and, first of all, the conclusion that the existing seed embedding bodies do not fully meet the requirements for this operation, do not ensure the formation of a compact germinal bed, do not ensure a closer contact between the seeds and a qualitative soil cover of the seeds.

In chapter 2, an analysis was made of the existing and proposed technology for improving the process of embedding seeds in the soil and the efficiency of sowing machines. The constructive parameters of the press plate of the perfected coulter were established. In conclusion, the advantages of the proposed technology and the perfected coulter for the realization of this technology were established.

In chapter 3, the necessary calculations were made for the energy and economic argumentation of the seeder equipped with the perfected coulters, through which it was established:

-the use of the modernized seeder improves the uniformity of seed placement in depth and improves the quality of the sowing of cereal crops, ultimately leading to an increase in the yield by an average of 0.2 t/ha;

-the additional production from the use of the modernized seeder will bring an annual economic effect of about 355,200 lei.

În capitolul 1 s-a făcut o analiză a literaturii și brevetară în scopul de a stabili situația actuală a problemei legată de calitatea de încorporare a semințelor în sol și a mijloacelor tehnice propuse pentru realizarea acestei tehnologii. Sa făcut și concluziile respective și în primul rând concluzia că organele de încorporare a semințelor existente nu îndeplinesc pe deplin cerințele față de această operație, nu asigură formarea unui pat germinativ compact , nu asigură un contact mai strâns între semințe și o acoperire calitativă cu sol a semințelor. În capitolul 2 sa realizat o analiză tehnologia existentă și propusă pentru îmbunătățirea procesului de încorporare a semințelor în sol și eficiența mașinilor de semănat. S-au stabilit parametrii constructivi ai plăcii de presare a brăzdarului perfecționat. În concluzie sa stabilit avantajele tehnologiei propuse și a brăzdarului perfecționat pentru realizarea acestei tehnologii. În capitolul 3 s-au făcut calculele necesare pentru argumentarea energetică și economică a semănătoarei amenajată cu brăzdarele perfecționate, prin care sa stabilit: - folosirea semănătoarei modernizate îmbunătățește uniformitatea așezării semințelor în profunzime și îmbunătățește calitatea semănatului culturilor de cereale, ducând în final la o creștere a recoltei cu o medie de 0,2 t/ha; -producția suplimentară din utilizarea semănătoarei modernizate va aduce un efect economic anual de circa 355200 lei.
