dc.description.abstract The study material represents histological modifications in lung tissue of chickens vaccinated with vaccines strains “H-120” and “Ma5+ Clon30”. It was established that live attenuated vaccines strains, against avian infectious bronchitis, didn’t cause significant changes in lung tissue. These changes were manifested by changes in the pulmonary stromal cells, as well as by high levels of specific antibody titers in the blood serum and by lymphoid accumulations in the submucosa of bronchi. As a result there were detected certain changes in lungs showing a sensitivity of chickens to vaccines en_US
