Efectele suplimentării hranei găinilor tinere cu produsul ZooBioR asupra statusului clinico-hematologic

Abstract

The study aimed to investigate how the local product ZooBioR, obtained by modern technologies from Spirulina platensis, influences the health and, in particular, the parameters-markers of the clinical and haematological status in hens, in the first technological period of laying. The experiments included 70 hens, divided into 5 groups, in four of which the food was supplemented with the tested remedy, in different doses (5.0; 10.0; 15.0; 20.0 mg active substance/kg feed). During the 4 months of experiment, the evolution of the clinical parameters, body temperature and respiratory movements, as well as the parameters-markers of the haematological status have been studied. It has been established that the local product ZooBioR improves the health of laying hens, especially the haematopoietic function (the increase of haemoglobin concentration, the increase of the average erythrocyte haemoglobin concentration, the decrease of the average erythrocyte volume and the increase of thrombocyte numbers), the positive impact being reflected in the constant values of non-specific resistance and productivity.

Studiul a avut drept scop cercetarea modului în care produsul autohton ZooBioR, obţinut prin tehnologii moderne din Spirulina platensis, influențează sănătatea şi, în special, parametrii markeri ai statusului clinico-hematologic la găinile aflate în prima perioadă tehnologică de ouat. Experienţele au inclus 70 de puicuţe, divizate în 5 loturi, la patru dintre care hrana a fost suplimentată cu remediul testat în diferite doze (5,0; 10,0; 15,0; 20,0 mg substanţă activă/kg furaj). S-a studiat evoluţia parametrilor clinici, temperatura corporală şi mişcările respiratorii, precum şi cea a parametrilor markeri ai statusului hematologic pe durata experimentului de circa 4 luni. S-a stabilit că produsul autohton ZooBioR ameliorează starea de sănătate a găinilor ouătoare, îndeosebi îmbunătățește funcţia hematopoietică (creşterea concentrației de hemoglobină, a concentraţiei eritrocitare medii de hemoglobină, diminuarea volumului eritrocitar mediu și majorarea numărului de trombocite), impactul pozitiv fiind reflectat în valorile constante ale rezistenței nespecifice şi ale productivității.
