Abstract:
This case study reflects the application of the methodology for the evaluation of immovable assets with cultural (architectural) value based on the study carried out by Albu Svetlana, dr.hab. univ. prof. regarding "The Economic Value and Valuation of Architectural Heritage". The foundation of the methodology for estimating the real value of cultural assets is the value creation mechanism, according to the entropic value theory. The implementation of the methodology being applied to the real estate "House of report with passage" located in the municipality of Chisinau, 35 Alexei Șciusev str., an architectural monument of national importance, included in the Register of Historical and Cultural Monuments.
