Studiul procesului de fabricare a cvasului la EFES Vitanta Moldova Brewery SA

Abstract

Scopul lucrării: constă în Studierea procesului de fabricate a cvasului.

Obiectivele tezei:

analiza bibliografică generală în domeniu;

analiza comparativă de comerțal IM EFES Vitanta Moldova Brewery SA;

analizarea liniilor existente al produsului;

Cercetarea și analizarea recipientelor.

Introducere – se reda punctul istoric si aparitia Cvasului. sunt descrise procese de producere, au fost prezentate linile de producere al Cvasului; a fost descris nivelul de dezvoltare al liniei de producere, sunt descrise procese ce au loc in aceasta linie de producere, principiul funcționarii produsului, analiza fiecarui utilaj din linia de producere al Cvasului; sunt descrise recipientele băuturei răacoritoare.

The purpose of the work: consists in developing the kvass production line. The objectives of the thesis:

general bibliographic analysis in the field;

comparative commercial analysis of IM EFES Vitanta Moldova Brewery SA;

analyzing the existing lines of the product (composition, location of the line, machines);

Research and detection of the disadvantage of the construction.

Ideas for optimizing and removing the disadvantages of the production line Introduction – the historical point and the appearance of Kvass are presented. production processes are described, Kvas production lines were presented; the level of development of the production line was described, the processes that take place in this production line, the principle of the product's operation, the analysis of each machine in the production line of Cvass are described; soft drink containers are described.
