Eficiența reabilitării termice a clădirilor de locuit

Abstract

Actualitatea temei abordate constă în interesul sporit și preocupării globale legate de schimbările climatice și sustenabilitatea mediului înconjurător, reabilitarea termică a clădirilor existente joacă un rol esențial în reducerea consumului de energie și a emisiilor de gaze cu efect de seră, contribuind la atingerea obiectivelor de eficiență energetică și de combatere a încălzirii globale, și obținînd costuri scăzute pentru întreținerea acestora.

Lucrarea a fost realizată în conformitate cu ghidului privind elaborarea proiectelor de licență, lucrarea a fost structurată în trei capitole.

Primul capitol ,,EFICIENȚA TERMICĂ A CLĂDIRILOR METODE DE CALCUL ȘI OPTIMIZARE’’ care oferă o analiză detaliată a materialelor științifice, a literaturii de specialitate, și a legislației din domeniul redat în teza de licență, fiind sintetizate informațiile pentru a reda o înțelegere amplă a subiectului eficienței termice. Capitolul doi ,,ÎMBUNĂTĂȚIREA METODELOR DE RAȚIONALIZARE ȘI CALCUL AL RANDAMENTULUI TERMIC AL CLĂDIRILOR în acest capitol se face o analiză profundă a tipurilor și metodelor de eficientisare a randamentului termic a clădirilor în R.M.

Capitolul trei ,,CALCULUL CRITERIILOR PENTRU EFICIENȚA ECONOMICĂ A SOLUȚIILOR DE ECONOMISIRE A ENERGIEI’’, acest capitol se concentrează pe analiza aspectelor tehnice, economice, sociale și de mediu ale îmbunătățirii eficienței energetice a clădirilor rezidențiale.

Structura proiectului de licență: Proiectul de licență corespunde structurii și cerințelor prestabilite pentru acest tip de lucrări, astfel find alcătuit din introducere, trei capitole, 31 figuri, 7 tabele și 91 file.

The topicality of the addressed theme lies in the increased interest and global concern related to climate change and environmental sustainability, the thermal rehabilitation of existing buildings plays an essential role in reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, contributing to the achievement of energy efficiency goals and combating global warming, and achieving low costs for their maintenance.

The work was carried out in accordance with the guide on the development of undergraduate projects, the work was structured in three chapters.

The first chapter "THERMAL EFFICIENCY OF BUILDINGS CALCULATION AND OPTIMIZATION METHODS" which offers a detailed analysis of scientific materials, specialized literature, and legislation in the field presented in the bachelor's thesis, the information being synthesized to give a broad understanding of the subject of thermal efficiency.

Chapter two,IMPROVEMENT OF RATIONALIZATION METHODS AND CALCULATION OF THERMAL EFFICIENCY OF BUILDINGS in this chapter a deep analysis of the types and methods of improving the thermal efficiency of buildings in R.M.

Chapter three, CALCULATION OF CRITERIA FOR THE ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF ENERGY SAVING SOLUTIONS, this chapter focuses on the analysis of the technical, economic, social and environmental aspects of improving the energy efficiency of residential buildings.

The structure of the degree project: The degree project corresponds to the structure and requirements predetermined for this type of work, thus being made up of the introduction, three chapters, 31 figures, 7 tables and 91 tabs.
