Определение параметров механического щупа садового культиватора с межствольной обработкой почвы

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены теоретические основы определения параметров механического устройства для сигнализации наличия штамба (ствола) при работе поворотной лапы садового культиватора с межствольной обработкой почвы. Данна схема экспериментальной установки и описан принцип работы. Приведена циклограмма взаимодействия поворотной культиваторной лапы и механического щупа. Обосновано, что форма щупа может иметь простейший прямолинейный вид. Выполнен расчёт геометрических параметров щупа и возвратной пружины.

The article discusses the theoretical basis for determining the parameters of a mechanical device for signaling the presence of a bole (trunk) during the operation of a rotary paw of a garden cultivator with inter-stem tillage. The scheme of the experimental setup is given and the principle of operation is described. The cyclogram of the interaction of the rotary cultivator paw and the mechanical probe is given. It is substantiated that the shape of the probe can have the simplest rectilinear form. The calculation of the geometrical parameters of the probe and the return spring is presented.
