Abstract

Scopul lucrării: este de a analiza conceptul de strategie, cel de competitivitate şi metodele de evaluare a acesteia, de a determina nivelul de competitivitate al produselor entități economicei studiate și de a înainta strategii spre aplicare pentru a creşte nivelul de competitivitate al entității economice analizate. Studiul metodelor de analiză a competitivității unei companii de construcție și identificarea modalităților de îmbunătățire competitivității companiei de construcție SC "Consulting Grup PA" S.R.L.

The aim of the paper: is to analyze the strategy concept, competitiveness concept and its evaluation methods, to determine the level of competitiveness of the products of the analyzed company and to suggest strategies that has to be implemented in order to increase the level of competitiveness of the analyzed enterprise. Study the methods of analyzing the competitiveness of a construction company and to identify ways to improve the competitiveness of the construction company SC "Consulting Grup PA" S.R.L.
