Studiul metodelor moderne de expertiză tehnică a accidentelor rutiere

Abstract

Scopul cercetării: constă în studierea metodele moderne de efectuare a expertizelor auto-tehnice, produsele software folosite și formulele de tip utilizate în Republica Moldova. Obiectivele cercetării: - Analiza legilor ce reglementează efectuarea expertizelor judiciare; - Determinarea principalelor cauze de producere a accidentelor rutiere și tipurile de accidente rutiere; - Clasificarea expertizelor auto-tehnice în Republica Moldova; - Justificarea folosirii aparatelor de citire a datelor crash; - Revizuirea produselor software utilizate la reconstruirea accidentelor rutiere; - Evaluarea formulelor de tip folosite la efectuarea calculelor la expertiza circumstanțelor accidentului rutier; - Stabilirea cauzei și timpului apariției defectului tehnic relativ accidentului rutier; - Analiza acțiunilor expertului la examinarea traseologică; - Prezentarea forma unui raport de expertiză judiciară.

The purpose of the research: consists in studying the modern methods of performing self-technical expertise, the software products used and the type formulas used in the Republic of Moldova. Research objectives: - Analysis of the laws that regulate the performance of judicial expertises; - Determining the main causes of road accidents and the types of road accidents; - Classification of self-technical expertise in the Republic of Moldova; - Justification for the use of crash data readers; - Review of software products used in the reconstruction of road accidents; - Evaluation of the type formulas used to perform the calculations on the expertise of the circumstances of the road accident; - Establishing the cause and time of the occurrence of the technical defect related to the road accident; - Analysis of the actions of the expert in the pathological examination; - Presentation of the form of a forensic report.
