Perfecționarea logisticii transporturilor. Studiu de caz: Boekestijn Transport Service

Abstract

Motivul principal care a fost descris în teza de master este de a analiza cu mare atenție întreprinderea Î.C.S. BOEKESTIJN TRANSPORT SERVICE S.R.L. din orașul Chișinău cu scopul de a perfecționa logistica transporturilor, de a elabora propuneri noi pentru îmbunătățirea calităților pe care le prestează copmania dată plus la asta de a atrage soferi noi în cîmpul muncii și de a minimiza cheltuielile pe care le au la moment. Teza de master conține 3 capitole și 15 surse bibliografice, memoriul explicativ conține un volum de 87 pagini. Introducerea: include în sine informație generală în sfera transporturilor și descrierea situației de bază in RM; Capitolul numărul 1 include situația din prezent a companiei pe piață, structurile organizatorice și funcțiile întreprinderii. Au fost analizate scopurile actuale de dezvoltare a sectoarelor de transport și logistică în baza cărora a fost elaborată analiza SWOT care include în sine puncte tari/slabe, oportunităţi/ameninţări mai apoi în baza analizei îndeplinite au fost elaborate consecințe şi recomandări.

The main reason that was described in the master's thesis is to analyze very carefully the enterprise of Î.C.S. BOEKESTIJN TRANSPORT SERVICE S.R.L. from the city of Chisinau in order to improve the logistics of transport, to develop new proposals to improve the qualities provided by this company plus to attract new drivers to work and to minimize the expenses they currently have. The master's thesis contains 3 chapters and 15 bibliographic sources, the explanatory memorandum contains a volume of 87 pages. Introduction: includes general information in the field of transport and description of the basic situation in the Republic of Moldova; Chapter number 1 includes the current market situation of the company, the organizational structures and the functions of the company. The current development goals of the transport and logistics sectors were analyzed, based on which the SWOT analysis was elaborated, which includes strengths / weaknesses, opportunities / threats, and later, based on the performed analysis, consequences and recommendations were elaborated.
