Abstract:
Philosophico-legal concepts have developed intensively in the 20th century. The continuity of previous philosophico-legal theories is clearly complemented by new ideas, additions, and the elaboration of a big range of new concepts. In this context, it is quite significant that the fundamental philosophico-legal concepts were developed by representatives of legal science. This trend has increased significantly in the second half of the 20th century. Different conceptions’ authors have differentiated visions on the understanding of the subject, objectives and tasks of the philosophy of law, philosophical interpretations of the correlation between law and regulations, assessments of positive law, etc.
