dc.description.abstract În prezenta lucrare sunt prezentate rezultatele uscării convective şi combinate (convecţie şi microunde) a rădăcinilor de hrean. Este analizată cinetica uscării în prima şi a doua perioadă de uscare, prezentată analiza caracteristicilor cinetice ale uscării, cercetată influenţa temperaturii agentului termic asupra vitezei de uscare şi coeficienţilor vitezei de uscare în cele două perioade. en_US
dc.description.abstract The article represents results of the kinetic characteristics of the convective and combined (convection and microwaves) drying of roots of a horse-radish. Was analyzed kinetic characteristics of drying process in first and in the second period. The analysis of kinetic characteristics of process of drying is presented in the article. Speed of drying and coefficients of speed of drying process depend in many of the temperature of drying agent. en
dc.description.abstract Dans le travail donné on présente les résultats de la cinétique du séchage convection et combiné (la convection et les microondes) des racines du raifort. On présente l'analyse des caractéristiques cinétiques du procès du séchage. On étudie l'influence de la température de l'agent à sécher sur la vitesse du séchage et sur les coefficients de la vitesse du séchage dans le premier et dans les deuxièmes périodes. fr
dc.description.abstract В данной работе представлены результаты кинетики конвективной и комбинированной (конвекция и микроволны) сушки корней хрена. Анализирована кинетика сушки первом и во втором периоде сушки. Представлен анализ кинетических характеристик процесса сушки. Изучено влияние температуры сушильного агента на скорость и на коэффициенты скорости сушки в первом и во втором периодах. ru
