Abstract

The current urbans subject is spatial planning, and as a function is his adaptation to the special needs of citys expressing. In this poin of view we have included in the content of this article the idea that urbanism intersect with the law, which help to formalize and institutionalize requirements. But until this direct and complex relation between legal regulations and spatial planning, the intersection of urbanism and law already is a history. The study and analysis of regulations, their socio-cultural significance, the same as theirs elaboration and realization allows capturing certain features of the new branches of science and the law to underline its specification.
