| dc.description.abstract | The paper describes the current situation on the natural gas market in the Republic of Moldova in 2019 and in 2020, until and after the adoption of natural gas market rules. In 2020, the natural gas market in the Republic of Moldova registers a series of changes: gas supplies at unregulated prices (negotiated), increasing the number of licensees for the supply of natural gas with 30%. These changes were also conditioned by the reduction of the price of natural gas on the international market, including European and regional market. The paper includes the legal requirements of natural gas market relations, their implementation solutions, a classic model of stock market structure of the centralized natural gas market, to be created in the Republic of Moldova. | en_US |
