Abstract:
The paper describes the problems of organizing the balancing of transmission and distribution systems in the Republic of Moldova under market conditions. The practice of balancing European countries is presented for cases where one or more system operators operate in a balancing area. The structure of the country's transport system and its operational operating conditions are presented, which condition the creation and activity of the balancing entity. Solutions for the establishment and operation of the balancing entity are developed, as well as the scheme of interaction between the participants in the natural gas market with the balancing entity.
