Evaluarea îndeplinirii sarcinilor strategiei eMoldova 2005

Abstract

Este cercetată îndeplinirea Planului de acţiuni pentru realizarea Strategiei naţionale de edificare a societăţii informaţionale – „Moldova electronică” 2005. Aparte sunt luate în consideraţie acţiunile pe termen scurt (până în 2007 inclusiv) şi cele pe termen mediu (cu termen de îndeplinire în perioada 2008-2010). Acţiunile îndeplinite au condus la o avansare semnificativă în domeniu. Totodată, un număr mare din sarcini nu numai că nu au fost îndeplinite în termenele definite, dar nici nu au fost încă iniţiate.

Fulfilment of the Action Plan for accomplishment of the National Strategy for the building of information society – „Electronic Moldova” 2005 is assessed. Actions on short (by 2007 year) and mid (by 2008-2010 years) terms are considered apart. Fulfilled actions have resulted with a significant advancement in the domain. Nevertheless, a large number of actions not only weren’t accomplished in defined terms, but were not initiated at all.

Il est étudié l’accompli du Plan d’actions pour la réalisation de la Stratégie nationale d’édification de la société informationnelle – „Moldova électronique” 2005. Appart ont été considéré les actions à court terme (jusqu'à 2007 inclusive) et ceux à moyen terme (avec le terme de réalisation dans la période 2008-2010). Les actions accomplies ont abouti à une avancée significative dans le domaine. Néanmoins, un grand nombre des tâches non seulement ne sont pas achevées dans les termes définis, mais n'ont pas été lancé à tous.

Исследовано выполнение Плана работ по реализации Национальной стратегии по построению информационного общества – „Электронная Молдова” 2005. Отдельно рассмотрены краткосрочные (до 2007 включительно) и среднесрочные задания (со сроком выполнения в периоде 2008-2010 гг.). Выполненные работы содействовали существенному прогрессу в этой области, В то же время, большое количество заданий не только не было выполнено в назначенный срок, а их выполнение даже не начато.
