Abstract:
In present paper it is analyzed the reflection spectra structure of nondoped gallium antimonide and gallium antimonide doped with iron in different concentrations at T=300K temperature. The investigated samples were obtained by zonal fusing modified method. The reflection spectra has a complex structure. In reflection spectra structure registered for gallium antimonide doped with iron, are distinguished a set of particularities about modification of the optic transition from region of Van Hove critical point. Using Kramers – Kroning model were calculated the optical constants specific to gallium antimonide energetic spectrum.
